We are excited to announce a new group class at Physical High Intense Training called X-PHIT!

X-PHIT will be a strength and conditioning based group class where you'll learn form and technique on certain movements helping build strength while also incorporating functional movements with timed workouts and odd objects to get a full body workout.

X-PHIT Group Classes will be on Thursday Mornings from 6:00am to 7:00am and Physical High Intense Training Owner and Trainer, Brandon will be instructing the class.
