Bre studied Human Services, Nutrition and Psychology at the University of Northern Colorado and completed courses such as Psychological Analysis of Sports Exercise and Physical Activity, Nutrition Fitness and Athletic Performance and Health Psychology. She became a personal trainer for her love of helping others achieve and obtain their goals in health. She is also an NPC Bikini competitor and enjoys taking her own experiences into her career with her clients.
